It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear colleague and founding partner of Knapps Lawyers. Ian Turner has passed away at the age of 71.

Ian was a man of integrity and kindness, highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike for his considered judgment and prudent, risk-averse approach.

Beyond his professional achievements, he was a devoted family man with a great sense of humour, a fine cook, and a lover of good food, wine, and music with an eclectic taste that always sparked conversation.

He will be deeply missed by all of us who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.

Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
