Our Fixed Fees
We understand the concerns clients have around the cost of legal services. That is why we have fixed our fees for most of our core services to remove the uncertainty for you. The risk is now on us to complete this work in the most cost-effective way and if we go over, we absorb that over run – not you!
Fees list for standard services
All our fixed fees noted are inclusive of GST. In addition to our fixed fees, we also charge an administration fee per file to contribute towards the costs of setting up your files, forms, postage, printing, and other general office expenses. The amount of this charge will be $60 including GST per file, unless otherwise agreed.
Wills
The Basic Will is suitable for people who have no businesses, overseas assets or Family Trusts and who do not have a blended family.
Single person: $575

The Enhanced Will is particularly suitable for people with blended families.

Enduring Power of Attorney

This fee covers the preparation of both a Property EPOA and a Personal Care and Welfare EPOA. Includes advice.
