Knapps Lawyers Kelly Hymers

Kelly is our Employment Law extraordinaire.

Practicing since 2008, Kelly provides advice on all things employment law from drafting agreements and policies, to advising on disciplinary, performance and restructure processes, personal grievances and employment matters in agreements for sale and purchase of a business.  Kelly regularly attends mediation and appears in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.

Kelly also specialises in civil litigation, handling contractual disputes, construction contracts, summary judgment, and debt recovery.

Kelly understands the aim of providing a big firm service with a small firm experience, so the ethos behind Client Legal Solutions suits her right down to the ground.  Kelly is all about maintaining a personal, client-centered approach to her work. She says getting to know each of her clients, and how their business works, helps to achieve their outcomes.

Outside of work, Kelly supports her children with their many school activities, and when she is not at work, she has another discipline she gets behind to chill out – ballet!
