As one of our Senior Associates in the Commercial team, Louise loves to help business owners get the basic legal structures in place to assist them with the running of their businesses. She handles anything from commercial transactions and structuring business entities through to practical advice on leasing arrangements.
When it comes to property development, you can rest assured that she’ll take care to fully understand your goals before delivering the best action plan. Louise advises on all aspects from acquisition and funding to subdivisions and sale of property.
Louise is a Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce and thanks to her experience with the Chamber, is well-networked in the local business community. Being a business owner herself, Louise knows exactly what it takes to build and run a successful operation. Her family business even has a Business Excellence Award to show for it.
Louise has been involved in governance at the Nelson Centre of Musical Arts and is currently on the board of trustees for Nelson College for Girls. She is also a board member of the McKee Charitable Trust.
She’s travelled to 56 countries (and counting!) and has found that Nelson has so much to offer all in one location. Her family skis, SUPs, and spends lots of time outdoors and around the golden sand beaches in the region.
